    The room was ok bathroom is clean and beyond expectation. The staff is so helpful and friendly behaviour. But there was some drawback in hotel is that additional 500 charge to be paid for room heater. Hotel location is just 2 minute walk from Mall road market and 5 minutes walk by private Volvo bus stand. Only two boys were there to make our state comfortable both we are ready to help anytime. The hotel restaurant food is awesome and very tasty. 👍👍

    I said there for 3 days but but we had a disappointing experience over there the customer service was very poor although the rate of the room was cheaper on the day we checked in but later on they increase the price into 3X the book for 3 days. I haven't even seeing the staff with the general smile for not even 1 second.

    We found it very difficult to locate the hotel as the location shown in their website was not accurate. As the hotel is in small lane. We tried to contact the hotel but nobody answered the phone. However after reaching with great difficulty the hotel staff simply said the phone number mentioned in their website has changed and they have not uploaded the correct phone number and location. Otherwise the hotel is walkable distance from Mall Road. As for facilities no hot water kettle is provided in the room. No bottled drinking water was provided. Additional charge of Rs 500 has to be paid for the room heater. But the staff was very polite and friendly.

    The road to hotel is not good condition. The walls are painted and scratches and scribble everywhere. Dirty wall. But the washroom was very clean. Bedsheet is dirty and old, seems like hotel itself has less interest in managing the things
