Our stay at Madri Haveli was exceptional — spotless rooms, tasty food, courteous staff, beautiful architecture, and a homely vibe. Loved the atmosphere. The only drawback was the congested and unclean parking space, which seems to be a common issue in Udaipur. However, such a wonderful property deserves a cleaner, dedicated parking facility.

I only stayed two nights, but everything was just superb. Especially considering the low price! The concierge upgraded my room and gave me two options to choose from - since it is low season. Rooms are a bit tiny, but well-equipped with all necessities. Everything was cleaned and the doors are really cool. They use an intricate locking mechanism, really nice detail. The whole haveli is just beautiful! It looks very authentic, but never old. Best thing about this hotel is the two-level rooftop. What a gorgeous view! When it comes to views of the mountains and city, this has got to be one of the best in the city. Oh and the staff were so professional and helpful. Thanks guys for making my stay in Udaipur unforgettable!!

Excellent 5 night stay at Madri Haveli. We stayed in the Suite and felt like royalty, the suite is so spacious, grand, with incredible features - especially the sitting area with the colourful windows that creates a magical atmosphere in the day. The service was excellent from the porters, cleaners and restaurant staff to reception - special shout out to Jitender who accommodated all our requests. This all came at a very reasonable price. The rooftop restaurant serves great food with excellent views across the old town and lake.

This is a renovated haveli with modern room inside, bathroom was clean and spacious, room was impeccably clean. I just wished that there was an electric kettle in the room to boil some water. The lounge/resring area was beautiful too with traditional style :) The rooftop has a fancy restaurant with good food too, Indian food with some modern fusions / twists. Everything is walking distance from here, very comfortable to walk around (to the Jain temple, city palace, multiple ghats) Please take auto/tuktuk to reach here as cars can’t come in to the front of the hotel.
