The hotel is well situated, close to the vaporetti station and nice bars and restaurants. However there were a few issues with the hotel. Communication was poor, they didn’t respond to any queries via email or the Agoda app. There’s no reception and no visible staff. Check in is difficult as you’re supposed to phone a number on the front door which doesn’t work and was washed away by the rain. The shower was lukewarm. The room was cold- it was cold for this time of year. At least we had an en-suite which was good. Most rooms seemed to have to share the bathroom. Cleaning was minimal and the towels were not regularly renewed nor the bin emptied or toilet rolls replaced. The bed was fairly comfortable although not very warm. No WiFi. Disturbed during the night with people going to the shared bathroom. The photo is misleading as this is a picture of the entrance to the university which is nothing to do with the hotel.

The room was clean, the bed linens were very clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The shared toilet and shower were always kept in perfect cleanliness. The staff was polite and friendly. The price-quality ratio is perfect. We were very satisfied with our stay.
