    The hotel is near Otoubashi station. From Nagoya airport, i took the first class express train and got off Kanayama station and walk about 15mins. The accommodation is a huge room with a separate toilet and shpwer area inside the accommodation. The space is something that i am not used to due to huge space is not common in Japan hotels. Inside the hotel room, it has washing machine only (dryer available at the reception), lavatory for washing dishes, stove, wardrobe cabinet. The aleeping room has a door to separate toilet and kitchen space. From the sleeping room, you have floor to ceiling double sliding door with access to a balcony where you can dry clothes. DOWNSIDE, you can hear the train noise from inside the room however to me irs tolerable and something that wont bother you. I think train service is until 12midnight or so.

    I had an OK stay, yesterday at the Hotel Livemax in Nagoya. It was still a nice hotel room for the value I got, but the two biggest complaints I got are that the train nearby is very loud, and from midnight till like 5 AM is like the best time to be sleeping and I got woken up at the train coming by at like 5 am and occasionally until i woke up at like 8 am. I also couldn't get the AC to work. That said, the bed was still cozy and the room was spacious and the amenities in the room like the fridge was nice, but it's a marginal thumbs down with the loudness of the train and the AC not working

    But I don't like the breakfast system, because we can't used the lobby for something eating... According to their staff answer..... Hotel livemax is nice for staying.. I recommend
