    Overall, the hotel has good amenities and facilities, and the location is very convenient if you’re using public transportation, as it is close to the train and bus stations. However, I was disappointed with the level of service from the staff. During the flash floods, I got stranded and reached out to the hotel for assistance in getting a taxi, but unfortunately, they were not able to help. It was a stressful situation, and even a little assistance or effort from the staff would have been greatly appreciated. I also noticed that the staff were not as warm or friendly compared to those at other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, where hospitality has always been one of the highlights of my experience. Location-wise, it’s excellent for transportation, but if your priority is shopping and exploring major shopping areas, it can feel a bit far. Overall, the facilities and accessibility are good, but the hospitality and guest assistance could definitely be improved.
