    Very pleasant stay, co-operative staff, smooth check in and check out experience, no hidden charges, neat and tidy rooms, 24 hour room service, highly recommended.

    The location is great very close to Stations LTT n Dadar... About ₹35 bike ride to Jio mall n Phoenix Mall.... Rooms are good for stay n staff are also helpful

    Service was poor throughout. Check-in for one room was delayed by 2 hours, and housekeeping was late. The staff were unhelpful, and the manager spoke rudely when we raised concerns. We were also charged extra for water bottles without prior notice. The hotel needs to improve its service and staff training.
