Hotel is ideally located at 15 min from Secunderabad railway station.
Very convenient for vande bhart travellers arriving at 2 .20 pm.
Staff are very cordial accomodating and helpful.
We are 2 ladies who stayed there ,our every request was met gracefully .
Buffet breakfast service and staff were cheerful.
Mr.Rafesh &Ms. Bhagyalaxmi at reception were very helpful with our requests
However the executive room we stayed had some issues which I have put in my feed back .
I hope the management will attend to those so that travellers will benefit.
Watching the metro looking at the beautiful skies on waking was great.
Traffic noise cancellation be expected but that comes with the great cities we. Get to visit and stay.

Hotel staff denied to give the invoice copy. It was a business trip and the invoice was much needed to claim the fund. Hotel staff was saying that online booking platform will give the invoice and Agoda team was saying that they don't have any GST no. to raise the invoices.
Also, the amount in the receipt shared by Agoda and the invoice shared by the Hotel was mismatching.
