The staff in this hotel are nice — one of them even gave me a small soap when I checked in. However, my experience in the standard single room was a complete nightmare. There were a lot of ugly mold spots on the pillowcase. What’s worse, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so an unpleasant smell lingered inside. There was also no water heater in the bathroom — only a water tank and a bath ladle, which had disgusting stains all over it. It was so awful that I couldn’t stay in the bathroom for more than a second. The staff should be responsible for maintaining proper hygiene in the rooms. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at in Indonesia. I have to leave a negative review here 👎🏼
