Kami booking via agoda dan submit for 3 persons, namun disana tetap diminta charge extrabed ?! Kami sempat tanyakan ke receptionist (pria) tanggal 26 maret siang sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB, mas nya info bahwa mereka sudah kirimkan regulasi via email ke booking.com dan agoda, tp kami tdk menerima. Saat kami minta penjelasan .. masnya info “iya memang agoda dan booking seperti itu makanya kami tdk kerjasama lg dgn agoda dan booking?”. Helloo ? Tetap saja ada ko di agoda dan booking, dan jawabannya sangat tidak penting elegant. Tolong stafnya di training kembali.
Untuk resort punya pool yang sangat cantik di depan laut dan juga 2 kolam air panas.
Sarapan standard, kebersihan toilet kamar kurang ya (kami dikamar 221 dan tolong diperhatikan closetbya berlumut bagian dalamnya). Banyak binatang ulat kecil (infonya staf lagi musim) namun untuk kami yg takut serangga ini kurang nyaman dan seharusnya staf ada solusinya.
Selebihnya security cukup baik, dan water station juga banyak. Untuk next kami rasa tdk akan kembali setelah pengalaman kami di receptionist awal. Terimakasih

Such a great stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed. Tv ac and fridge all worked great. The hotspeing pool was a few steps away from our room. There are 2 large amazing pools on the property as well as multiple hotspring pools. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful especially the ladies that work in the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. I will definitely stay here again !
