They do not employ housekeeping or reception staff. If you face any problem at night, there is nobody to approach. No system of responding to phone calls. No provision of drinking water; but they keep paper glasses in the toilet. Room heating did not work; I caught fever by morning.

Good hotel room. Small but functional. Fine for a few days for 1 or 2 persons. Walking distance to old town, etc. We would stay here again.

A little dated but very clean and the staff were lovely.
Check-in was confusing, there was no time on the Agoda site, we got there at 12pm to check and found that it was an online check-in however we had not been sent the links and the contact numbers didn’t work.
Eventually got in contact with staff who advised to return and they would give the keys at 2pm.
No luggage storage but there is a kiosk around the corner that will hold it for 3£ a bag. Cafe across the road with great coffee and cake, relaxing place to wait :)
