    Location was great, close to town centre, park and shops. Everything in the room looked old and not maintained. Needs a lot of improvements inside the rooms.

    We stayed in this hotel booked 2 rooms with 2 persons upon arrival an old man was at reception he said he will give rooms but one person will stay I had some arrangements with him and then another person came and show him in the system that I am right and he should give me room 2 persons per room further at night I asked microwave own to warm a burger they said microwave is not working but I checked later it was working fine and I took a photo inside their kitchen they don’t clean room every day very poor cleaning staff only Mr. Halid is a good person avoid dealing with that old person called himself manager he things hotel is his home and he is giving room for free very arrogant will not stay in that hotel again very disappointed with their behaviour anti Pakistan thoughts they had

    I am currently on a wonderful trip through Türkiye's Aegean and Mediterranean coast, and Antalya is as stunning as everyone says. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was the absolute low point of my journey. I specifically booked a room with breakfast included through Agoda. My confirmation voucher clearly stated this. However, when I went down for breakfast, I was abruptly turned away. The staff insisted my reservation was without breakfast. I showed them the Agoda confirmation on my phone, but they were dismissive and refused to honor it. The attitude was rude and unaccommodating. While the booking error may have been a technical glitch, the hotel's unwillingness to resolve it for a guest was shocking. To make matters worse, the lock on the bathroom door was broken and would not engage, offering zero privacy. When I reported this issue, the response from the staff was a dismissive, "We can't do anything." I would never expect such an unprofessional and helpless answer from any hotel, let alone one in a major tourist destination. The combination of these issues—especially the appalling customer service—completely ruined my experience. This hotel managed to turn a beautiful morning in Antalya into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
