The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay very comfortable. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that added to the overall experience. Considering the quality and service provided, it offered great value for money and is highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for our entire time in Pokhara, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day, offering a good variety of buffet options. The masala tea they served was especially delicious. We also ordered lunch and dinner multiple times during our stay and tried several of their thali plates—each one was flavorful and satisfying.
One thing we really appreciated was their luggage storage service. We were able to safely store our bags while visiting Sarangkot and Ghandruk, which made our trip much more convenient.
The hotel also provides useful amenities like hot water and a hair dryer, making our stay even more comfortable. Another highlight was their “quiet hours” policy at night, which created a calm and peaceful atmosphere for rest.
Overall, staying here never made us feel like we were away from home. Highly recommended!

For the first time, the vibe completely failed to match expectations. The stay was very average. On the first day itself, we were given a room with stained bedsheets and no Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi did not work the entire day. Breakfast was below average—same items every day, the same fruits, and only one bakery option.
Despite informing the management, there was no genuine effort to address our concerns. The property looks good, but the management is extremely poor and does not care about guest experience.
