Great on all three counts! On charm, if you are a fan of traditional "old world" culture you'll love it. Not the newest or most sparkling amenities, but comfortable in a traditional,.elegant sort of way. Location is great for midtown. Price was reasonable, and includes access to a lounge with breakfast, coffee and snacks all day. Will definitely go again!
