    The toilet buckets and tumbler in room 113 (superior room) were dirty and unfit for use. Although there was kettle provided in the room (like other hotels) but no tea bags, sugar etc were available for bed/early morning tea and Hotel reception informed tea can be supplied after 7AM only. Hotel Management should look into the issues.

    Nice place with sufficiently big rooms. Good polite staff and nicely maintained. Restaurant food tastes really good and friendly staff makes it convenient

    Worst place to stay don't vest your money at this hotel. Staff has lot of attitude including one seating at front desk, they don't care weather your stay is good or not their ego should not get hurt. My main door was not having lock issue from inside instead of fixing it manager was advising me saying nobody can open door from outside. Basic lock is not available what else you can expect. Worst part was breakfast table having coakroch around bread butter plus very limited option in breakfast.
