    Staff is rude, They will only give you 2 water bottles per day. Cleanliness is 0, wont clean despite request. Ask for anything, either wont arrive or will after an hour. Minibar complimentary tray is always empty, wont provide coffee sachet even. Toiletries is also difficult, bodywash/shampoo is filled near empty state

    I have provided details of my child and his age before booking, still when I went for check in hotel staff charges me 1500/- extra for child above age 5 years. I have already mentioned this whole booking. I would have booked another hotel, felt cheated as you have no other option at the time of check in.

    Wifi is not working Food is too poor quality Very bad staff i ever seen in my life And private pool cotage is just very bad quality Pool is not clean in very bad condition I will never visit again clark exotica. I will highly recomande jmd palace near clark exotica I have wonderfull experince in jmd palace mandu ... must stay in jmd palace

    Firstly the stay was comfortable but the class of clarks was surely not there. The staff at the reception requires immediate attention as far as training is concerned as they lacked basic courtesy that is required to be offered to the guests. However the staff at the restaurant was good and well trained. Food quality requires a bit of improvement. Coming to the hygeine part, the rooms were cleaned but the jacuzzi was not up to the mark. The sore point was the swimming pool which lacked the basic management and the hygeine was pathetic..some guests were seen literally bathing not swimming with their usual clothes on...this should be addressed immediately by the staff. Overall I would say satisfactory stay but surely a lot of improvement is required. Three stars out five for me!
