Great value for money as the room was twice the size of my hotel in Warsaw, but for half the price. It came with a small kitchenette that I could do basic cooking with as well as a fridge. There was also a small living room with a sofa. I was very surprised when I checked in as this was not mentioned in my booking. The room I booked was at the new block, so lift was also provided . Really loved my stay here as it felt like I was staying in a small studio apartment on my own. Thank you for having such a lovely place in Torun. Do not hesitate to book this hotel!

The hotel was nice, but I don't feel that the staff, in general, went out of their way to be helpful. That could have been even by opeing or closing a door or carrying one of my three bags. The exception was the lunch time employee who helped me heat some leftovers and provided a plate and sliverware. She also moved the chairs to give me room at a table. Otherwise unimpressive staff.
