    Didn't allow me to have a female visitor which was quite weird for nowadays..where its allowed everywhere and top of it they had allowed it previously few months back and they had no reason why they aren't allowing it at that moment plus why cant i have a visitor. Why should it be gender biased..was told a male visitor would be allowed..thats really absurd and neither did they cancel my booking which was fully paid..really unacceptable

    The hotel is located near the Victoria Memorial and is also close to other tourist spots by taxi. Staff and service were excellent. The hotel's own Casa Kitchen was superb with good food. Only drawback i found is that they didn't have a mini refrigerator in the room which would have helped me store my meds. Overall, i would recommend the hotel if you are looking for affordable stay in the city center

    An excellent place to stay in a central area of Kolkata. The food is good, rooms are clean and well appointed. Service is top notch. Highly recommended for solo/business travelers

    The room doesn't justify the ₹4000 price tag, it's more like a ₹2000 category. The bathroom was clean, but the room felt congested and didn't meet the expected standard.
