Great location in Madelena. So close to ferry, great restaurants close to hotel, breakfast was okay.

Rooms are spotless clean and very functional. Excellent breakfast. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. Personnel very professional and helpful. My only suggestion would be to provide complimentary water every day.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Madalena, directly across the street from the ferry. Makes it simple to get to Sao Jorge, Faial, or elsewhere using the excellent ferry system. The hotel itself is a bit tired. Everything works, but not a value per se given the price. But, if you want a solid (not great, not lux) hotel that is super convenient, this is a good choice.
