The facility was clean and comfortable. Good location, easy to walk to town centre. Market very close to facility. Breakfast was provided and was good, buffet style.
It was a bit of a wait for staff to arrive to check us in as we were late arrivals so we had to wait outside for her to arrive. Good thing it wasn't raining! Staff were not pleasant at all. They certainly did not make us feel welcome. The only time in 2 weeks in the Azores that we experienced this.

Fantastic location next to a grocery store and walking distance to several restaurants. The breakfast is decent.
The breakfast can be served earlier but of course, that would mean that the amazing staff would have to work longer hours! Very minor complaint.

I liked the location and how spacious the apartment was. The view of our room towards Pico Mountain was beautiful.
Way too many harsh cleaning products were used.
