    We arrived late at night to the wrong Hotel Cacao (not the one that we booked) in Seoul. Fortunately, the other Hotel Cacao was able to accommodate us, however we forfeited our payment for the Hotel Cacao booked through Agoda.

    Near to Ho Xuan Huong lake but still need to book a grab or go by motorbike. Very nice room, peaceful and quiet, have a coffee shop on ground so we can enjoy the trip without go out :)

    The price for the place seems a bit high, especially given the remoteness of its location. While others have commented on its accessibility to one of the subway lines, it's still fairly remote in terms of the route to and from the airport. The staff did not speak English, and while I speak Korean, I booked using English and would have appreciated engagement as such. That being said, the facility was nice, very spacious and sufficient for the work I needed to do while staying, but after coming back from Thailand where the staff helped bring my luggage to the room, and the same was not provided here, left a bit of discontent in my mind. It's difficult to recommend this hotel unless you have business in this specific area.
