    Great stay if you are looking for clean quarters to make your base at while exploring SLO. Super close to everything. Amenities on premise should be ignored. The HVAC is dated so is super noisy and either gets too hot or too cold. Sensor does not trip. If you have a long day you will sleep through that

    Price was very reasonable compared to multiple hotels just across or down the street from this hotel. Room was very clean. Pool was nice and lightly heated. Hot tub was very warm (but not hot). Had basics like microwave and small fridge. Main downtown is 15-20 minute walk but very doable. Breakfast was very simple with small pastry, apples, oranges, instant oatmeal, tea and coffee. They could do a bit better here, but all of it was good quality. I'd stay again.
