    Superb hotel. Very large bedroom , massive bed..big bathroom.. coffee, kettle, mini fridge for small milk etc.. very impressed.. booked 4 nights and extended to 7.. chap on desk was friendliest person ever.. I’d go back just to see him.. very good value in an expensive area.. was on third floor so no noise .. very quiet..was advised to book online through other sites for best rates..nothing negative to add.. just gave 4 stars instead of 5 for value as might get slightly cheaper in Kingston… but if you only want surbiton stay here.. train 4 minites away, sainsbury , Waitrose, McD just a 5 minute stroll and Wetherspoons next door!!!

    The hotel provided all it said in the brochure. The staff were very helpful and made my check-in and check-out very easy. However no breakfast provided on the Sunday night I stayed but room and facilities very clean, tidy and comfortable. Coffee and tea available in-room but unfortunately no milk. Would recommend the hotel again on the basis I used it for, a place to put head down after visiting a friend in the area on an evening.
