    Although it's slightly far from the central of London. But the overall environment around Richmond is good. walking distance to the park, and market. Had a great stay here.

    Great hotel with generally very good staff. When the ladies or the management are staffing the front desk, during the day it’s perfect. But once the male night staffer takes over by himself it goes downhill rapidly. He’s unwelcoming, he’s unhappy and he really wants you to know it.
