8.4 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The hotel was fine. A good breakfast and nice clean room (a couple more electric sockets would be nice). However very unimpressed with the 'self check in'. Money for room taken two weeks earlier but no emails or communication from the hotel at all. I expected to hear from them how to check in but nothing. No response from an enquiry email from me. We weren't the only ones. Over a dozen other guests gathered in the foyer wondering how to check in. The helpful restaurant server pointed us to a QR code on the wall which we had to use our camera on the access the check in process. This should have been provided LONG in advance of our arrival. My passport had to be scanned and the usual mass of personal information and eventually we got the six figure pass code to get into our room (with a very unusual/difficult cylindrical handle). The hotel management need to review their check in method. It may save on staff costs but gets all guests off to a bad,/grumpy start to their stay.

Very nice place, within 5 minutes walking distance to public transport. The room is small but cosy and comfortable.

Close to lifts, grocery store, train station and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Nothing too fancy but had everything I needed. Breakfast was included which was convenient.
