    An Outstanding Hotel That Exceeded All My Expectations! I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Istanbul in this price range. The service you receive is worth far more than what you pay. I have tried many hotels in Istanbul in a similar category, but I have never experienced this level of hospitality at such an affordable price. My positive experience began even before I made my reservation. I contacted the hotel several times by email with questions, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded. Every email was answered promptly, even before I had confirmed my booking. I expected communication to become less responsive after making the reservation, but that was not the case at all. They continued to answer all my questions honestly, transparently, and patiently. This gave me a very good first impression, although I still did not expect the actual stay to be this wonderful. I arrived very early in the morning, around 8:00 AM, while my room was not available until noon. Nevertheless, the staff welcomed me warmly and kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and relax in the lobby. I even managed to get some rest on the sofa before going out for a walk until my room was ready. Their kindness and welcoming attitude made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I would especially like to thank Mehmet Ali and Berna at the reception for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. Mehmet Ali was absolutely wonderful: always smiling, cheerful, friendly, and welcoming to everyone. Despite his age, his positive attitude, professionalism, and exceptional way of treating guests were better than those of many younger hotel employees I have encountered. He truly understands the meaning of hospitality and makes guests feel welcome and comfortable. Berna was equally kind, helpful, and attentive. She was always ready to assist guests with a warm attitude and without hesitation. Both of them contributed greatly to making my stay comfortable and memorable, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. The room was excellent and had everything I needed. The breakfast was generous, and everything was good. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day without me even having to ask. To sum it up, I did not need to ask for anything during my stay because everything was already taken care of. The overall experience was far beyond my expectations. In my opinion, the level of service and hospitality was well above what I would normally expect from a three-star hotel. Highly recommended! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service, friendly staff, and outstanding value for money in Istanbul, this is definitely a place worth considering. I would happily stay here again. A special thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Mehmet Ali and Berna, for making my four-night stay such a wonderful experience. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly make a difference!
