    I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The hosts are very kind, friendly and helpful. The metro is also quite close to the hotel, about a 5 minute walk. There are plenty cafes nearby as well.

    I can’t fault the hotel or the staff - they were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, upon arrival we were greeted by a trainee who insisted that I hadn’t paid, so I paid again. The following day I realised I had in fact been charged twice, which was very stressful. When I returned to the desk, I was told that they had identified the mistake and issued a refund. However, no effort was made to contact me directly to inform me of this, and it was quite stressful having to chase it myself. Furthermore, given that a considerable amount of money had been taken from my account for several days before being refunded, I feel some form of compensation would have been appropriate - even something small such as waiving the city tax or offering a complimentary bottle of wine. Mistakes happen, and that is entirely understandable. However, the way this situation was handled was not particularly reassuring, and it did somewhat detract from our trip.

    Enjoyable stay with my dog, they provide dog bowl and even dog bed! Very dog friendly. It’s very good overall, but they still charge me early check in for 60€ even we waited in the lobby for a few hours and were early check in for 30minutes only.
