Wasn’t expecting much because of past reviews but it was worst than I thought. I had to wake up the receptionist on arrival! Gave me the wrong key to an occupied room, when I tried to open this one, noticed there was another man (who I believe works there too) and gave the keys from the room in front saying that the one I was given was not clean but he seemed like he had actually been sleeping there ( weird). I got to the next room, it’s really dirty ( hair on the floor and the bed from previous guests), floor not vacuumed, not even a remote control for the tv, no separation between shower and toilet and really bad water pressure. Minutes after, the receptionist is knocking on my door really strong and desperately trying to see if the room I was given was “ clean” and apologized for the inconvenience. After seeing the mediocre cleaning in there he said it was perfectly clean. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t really feel save in this hotel and would never come back.
