    Staff was helpful and kind, just no one at the desk on Sundays. Very accommodating of a last minute booking. Didn’t seem to have any staff at the coffee bar. Felt very safe. Location is good, close to a metro and many buses. Also very close to archaeological museum. Hotel was clean and brightly lit. Elevator worked fine. Not noisy at all,. Excellent view.

    The rooms were lovely, the lifts are too small though. The receptionist finishes too early, it is nice to arrive at latest 20h00 and be met by someone at the front desk, but you close that early. And in terms of access, when people arrive they need to be made aware that access is dependent on the code at the front door. I missed that email in my travels, I found it later when I needed it so was stuck at the door for a while. But nice rooms, and a nice stay and a good location. The only issue in room 504 was the toilet is facing the shower and it is almost impossible to sit, it needs to be turned to face the sink and free up leg space thank you
