-the room has to advertised properly. my room is town view with harbor view at 45° degree to the right.
-the distribution of the room type is not practical , I heard there were other two women's was complaining about the one big bed instead of two single beds, we are couple but we got 2 single beds.
-my luggage wasn't picked up by the shutter driver from the airport, waited for about 30 mins for it to deliver back, luckily not lost

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a stunning view of the glacier and Diskobay, very varied and delicious breakfasts. A little bit far from the center and from the walking trails, but there is a regular bus service.

It's a great location, great breakfast and staff but the facility needs renovation and attention. Shower stall had drainage issue, water was going everywhere. Housekeeping did not replace used coffee/tea mug with clean ones nor did they put a dry bathmat when the one there was wet due to the drainage issue. Room was never done in 4 days. Room darkening shades are needed for the summer. Restaurant and front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.
