The reception staff's bad attitude towards immigrants and the fact that we booked the hotel through Agoda but they give us on the ground floor with a bad smell of food in the rooms, and staff said to me because you dont should booked of agoda and we were shocked. The saying "good rooms" is for those who book directly. This is the first hotel we have seen that does not have a refrigerator or minibar in the room. The pillows are very old and useless and the mattresses hurt your back. In my opinion, having traveled to 81 countries and tried many hotels, this hotel should be a 2-star hotel and the right price for booking is 50 euros and not more.
