They need to have warm water which was most of the time not available and staff humbly says its been used by other people and water heater is small, they need to install big water heater keeping in view number of guests and rooms they have, rest it was fine.

Great value, location and service. My flight was diverted to Dubrovnik because of the terrible weather in Sarajevo, and had to take a 6 hour bus to the city. The staff kindly give me clear instruction of how to get in the hostel. they are very friendly, always ready to talk to me and offer advices to the city. The atomsphere is friendly, you could meet many new friends here. Everything is clean and tidy, the only thing could be improved is the water in the shower is not strong and hot enough. for a traveller who walk for a very long distance in the city, a hot bath can be a relief but it is always warm but not comfortably hot. But still, one of the best hostel in europe!! wish you all the best, Ivan!
