We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so warm, kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their smiles and friendly attitude made such a difference. ❤️ especially Briggita and also the pilipino guy receptionist in evening. Kabayan nganii The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was simply fantastic. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

This is a decent hostel, after staying shitty ones, that felt like a holiday. The only con about hostel is it is around 30 mins to the center, if you are really tight on time like me, this would make a difference

1 stop before the main Firenze railway station - easy access by rail. Or just enjoy the 40 min walk from the main station to the hostel. Its good to get away from the crowds. Helpfull staff, can leave luggage at reception, and the room storage cabinets are large. Wish I had stayed longer !

It was very far from the city center. Had to walk 45-55 minutes everyday to reach anywhere worth going to. there is no scene near the hostel itself for dinner or late night partying except for maybe in the hostel itself. i just kinda found it dud and not worth it overall.
