    I don't like this Hotel . It isn't look like photos from agoda website. This is the worst ever experience . I called for Agoda and complaint it . I ordered superior tripple room is big but they give to me the small room and Facilities, room , everything are too old and bad . I paid for *** with tax isn't worth it . I called agoda customer service and request them refund all money back to me . But they didn't solve it for me now . It is too long to wait .

    Everything about this hotel is very, very, very old and it did not look like they spent any money nor effort to upgrade it either despite their room rate is higher than all other hotels in Rach Gia. The only reason I stayed there was the all other hotels in Rach Gia were fully booked due to sporting events in Rach Gia that weekend.

    Checked in 01/12/2026: nice and friendly receptionist . Can not open entry door.,need help and have to hold the door tightly to unlock it. Hotel did not fix it and we have to do that way for entire staying time. No instruction note for the room No exhaust fan for bathroom,floor is slippery and stay wet all the time.Very bad condition specially for old people. We wouldn’t recommend it .
