Dear IHG Customer Service Team,
I stayed at your location from November 12th to 13th. On November 19th at 9 AM CST, I called from number ending 5785 to inquire about my deposit refund. Unfortunately, I encountered a rude customer service representative.
Issues Experienced today Nov 19th at about 9AM CST
1. The representative didn't listen to my question and provided irrelevant information.
2. When asked about the deposit, she instructed me to contact my bank, stating the hotel wasn't involved.
3. She hung up the phone repeatedly before I could obtain her name.
4. When asked for her name, she refused and hung up again and states "You are not going to get my name", then hung up.
As a reputable hotel chain like IHG, I expect better customer service. Representatives should be courteous, helpful and professional.
