I arrived and met a very nice lady at the front desk. She checked me in and I went to my room. There was a foul odor when I walked in but the bathroom was filthy. I took pictures and went back downstairs and showed her. She accommodated me and gave me another room. That room was just as bad and I had to shower with my crocs on and it was too late at night to start looking for another hotel. I was supposed to stay two nights but because the hotel was so dirty, I only stayed one night. I explained to the front desk and advised I will forward pictures to to the hotel later, which I did. I asked for a refund and they said I booked through Agoda which I did not even know that I did but I did contact Agoda and they said they will give me $32 refund. I paid $217 for the two nights. I will be reporting Agoda to the BBB. Be sure not to book on their site.
