Our room was on the back. We had to walk by trash bags and a discarded toilet to get to it. The back “balcony” overlooking the river was filthy as were the seats. The walkway looked as though it had never been swept. The room smelled awful. When we complained, we were given a can of febreze. The air conditioner remote did not work and only my husband could barely reach the controls. The worst thing of all was that smoke alarm was missing! We didn’t notice until we were already in bed. Breakfast was a joke. The juice machine didn’t work, some of the fruit. In the bowl was shriveled up and the “ pastries “ looked as though they
were probably from the dollar store. We were charged $150 for the room and it wasn’t worth even $50. Couldn’t wait to leave.

No controllers on heater,fireplace out of order,shower dont work...very dissapointed

Floors dirty, can’t cut hot water off. Found old food under bed. Spiders in room. Windows duck taped shut
