    Arrived late following our evng flight and found setting, staff and total ambience amazing. Set right on the water, this lowrise open-air hotel greeted guests with a refreshing ice tea and cold towel upon check-in. Quiet Polynesian music in background, sparkling clean floors and a beautifully appointed King Rm just feet from the ocean, started my visit to Tahiti perfectly. Highly recommend this Hilton Tahiti Hotel.

    Overall experience at the Hilton was great. Good views from the room which was specious. We checked in late night on the 24/12. We had tried to contact the hotel in advance to organise some sort of late night dinner as our flight was a late night one. We reached the hotel at 11:15pm and were surprised that there were NO FOOD OPTIONS. Even there was no late hour room service. If you are hungry please come prepared with cup noodles etc. we had to starve for the night. Only other comment is that the Intercontinental the vibe and proximity to the lagoon is by far better - they have a much nicer tropical feel with onsite water activities. Overall good experience and friendly staff.

    A convenient place to stay. There is a bus stop outside. 200xpf fare, taxi is 1600xpf or take a 30 minute stroll into town. Carrefour supermarket across the road linked by footbridge. Excellent swimming pool, freshwater and warm. Food and drink at the hotel restaurants is price, same as London, but no surprise as a lot of things are imported. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaning is thorough. Aircraft noise from airport is barely noticeable. We used this hotel to unwind after 18 hours of flight from uk, before a bucket list cruise in Polynesia. Right decision in a good hotel

    Upon checking in our bags were kept for us until our room was ready at 3pm, they were not delivered to the room until over an hour and a half later when we had been waiting to shower and change etc, having called reception they were too busy apparently. Limited shade around the pool and very expensive food and drinks. Beware of the bed frames which have had bumpers put on them as they are lethal and my husband has a large gash on his leg from the very sharp edges. On top of the Agoda price you also have to pay a resort fee direct to the hotel which is not made clear, overall, extremely overpriced for what you get.
