    Expected of a 5 star hotel with good amenities, location, beddings and service. Would be better if it is more kids friendly with kids pool and amenities.

    Asked for new upgraded room and was given as shown in the photos provided. The sliding doors either badly worn out or totally can’t slide. Bathrooms and toilets all in tinted glass panels which can see through. Bathroom flooring is very slippery too.Not practical for family and friends. Booked 2 king deluxe rooms for 4 nights. The floor trap cover is rusty and mirror all worn out too.
