Hotels are only as good as their employees. (With few exceptions.) Hilton Albany are excellent people from the front desk, housekeeping, engineering (the heat needed work and they were on it). Not an endorsement of all Hiltons just this one. If you read this, thanks for making our stay excellent.

The complimentary coffee was all decaf. Called the desk and even though I was told that they would bring up regular coffee, they never did. The room was clean. But there was some papers in the trash. There was a brand new bartender in training. The one doing the training used a glass to scoop ice. Thankfully the trainee didn't. A soda was served in a 7oz glass, loaded with ice.
