    The sweetest hosts ever! 🫶🩷 The hotel is very well located, minutes away from the Sa Pa center. Close to cafes, restaurants - banh mi & coffee literally across the street. Breakfast was included - and it was super good! More than enough choices, coffee was perfect too! And the hosts? The nicest people you'll ever meet! 🫶🫶🫶 Super friendly, they speak English and give the best recommendations ever! 🩷 We'd definitely stay here again! 🫶 Thank you so much for everything! 💕

    The staff here were absolutely amazing and that's why we liked this hotel so much! It is a family that own it and they couldn't be more helpful! The room was ok for the price and there was only an internal window. We did ask to upgrade but the hotel was full so we were fine with that! The TV wasn't working so we told reception and they changed the TV over to a new one within about 5 minutes which was amazing. We would recommend to stay here as a budget hotel but with great staff!!

    The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from Sapa Lake, Stone Church, and the Fansipan station. The spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms were a delight, and the delicious breakfast was a highlight. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the kindness and warmth of Ms. Mia, the owner. She greets guests with a warm smile, and the friendly and helpful staff makes you feel right at home throughout your stay. Even after check-out, she was more than willing to let us leave our luggage since we still had an itinerary to complete. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. It’s a great place to stay, and the staff’s exceptional service makes it an unforgettable experience.
