Barring the location, everything at the place (except food taste) was below par with respect to the room rates charged. Please improve on maintenance of rooms, generator back up. Please improve on service quality. Please please please renovate the gypsy used for commuting guests. It’s torn, looks shabby, smelly and scary in travelling. Phone of one room wasn’t working, Wi-Fi was not there, TV of one room was not there, fridge of one room was not there. Services took a lot of time to respond. Only good part is taste of good. After spending 5-6k per day one feel terrible with such outcomes. Not a 4-star kind facility at all. I will come stay again only if you live up to what a 4-star does.

It is amazing place for those who wish to spend some quality time with their family away from hustle bustle of a crowded city in a peaceful resort right in the lap of nature.
    8.8 / 10Excellent·Apr 2024
Our stay at the property was a mixed bag. While we enjoyed the comfortable sleep and spacious rooms, there were several aspects that left much to be desired. The location of the property was not ideal, making it inconvenient for exploring the surrounding area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property fell short of our expectations. The staff was friendly but could have been more attentive to our needs. When it comes to facilities, we were disappointed by the lack of amenities available. The breakfast offered was also underwhelming. Overall, our experience at the property was average, with some positive aspects but also some notable shortcomings.

The resort's location is very nice but not maintained at all. The work done in the new rooms is very cheap, none of the facilities are maintained with cracked washbasin & falling off switches. The blankets were smelling. The extra bed was pathetic. Aesthetics are Zero. The place was livable only because of the super nice staff. The driver, the receptionist and the F&B people all were trying their best to cater to the guests. But the owners have a gem in their kitty, they really need to look after the place and it has great potential.
