    The location is very near to Mata Surkanda Devi temple, a little bit 250 mtr trek downside, and the views and the lush greenery of stay is the best thing you see. Its like flower garden, best sunsets, you can see wintwr line from your stay very clearly. In night sky full of stars.

    Our recent stay at Gypsy Resort, Kanatal was unfortunately far from comfortable, especially for a family group like ours. We were a group of 10 adults and 6 children aged between 2 and 11 years, and several issues made the experience quite disappointing. To begin with, the rooms had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable from the moment we checked in. Basic amenities such as towels and toiletries were not provided unless specifically asked for, which was inconvenient for a group of our size. Another major concern was the location of the property. The resort is situated downhill, requiring guests to walk a steep path both to reach the rooms and to return to the main road. This was particularly challenging and tiring for members carrying small children with them. Additionally, we had booked the rooms through the Agoda app, where free breakfast was clearly mentioned even before selecting any specific room category. However, at the property, we were informed that breakfast was only free for certain room categories, and we were charged for it. This felt misleading and added to the dissatisfaction. Overall, the stay was not pleasant or family-friendly, and we expected much better hospitality, clarity, and comfort. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their services for future guests.
