    Avoid this hotel. They canceled my confirmed reservation at the last minute claiming an “unexpected electrical issue,” then admitted it’s the same problem they’ve had before. That means they knowingly continue to accept reservations they may not be able to honor. This is not bad luck — it’s bad management. A refund is the bare minimum and does nothing to fix the stress and disruption caused by their incompetence. If you value reliability or basic professionalism, stay elsewhere. This place cannot be trusted.

    This will be a decent facility one day, but not today. A lot was going on behind the building (Workers out back in the supply yard and eating lunch, not the view I expected). The TV wasnot working in the first room. No iron in the room, but an ironing board. The young lady at the front desk was nice, but had limited answers, "it was her first day," and she was by herself. The young lady on the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful (I forgot her name). There was building going on in the courtyard, and no one was at the desk at checkout. I could not purchase any of the nice cold beverages in the cooler... it was locked. I did not see any critters in my room, and it was pretty clean for the most part. This was the 2nd room I got put in. The first was real suspect. We only needed one night in Miami, so we made it work.
