    Good hotel for the location. Old-fashioned but spacious and clean room. Bed was uncomfortable, though - too hard. It was odd that we had to select Japanese or Western style breakfast at check-in. It is a set breakfast and it turned out to be quite good. They were able to accommodate us being vegetarian in the breakfasts they served. We enjoyed the views from our room of ferries coming and going, and the Mikan groves on the hillsides.

    Fantastic view overlooking the magnificent scenery of the Bay and hills. Well-equipped warm rooms, yummy breakfast, secure parking for bikes. Great shops and restaurants close by, we ate at Kairi for dinner, delicious.

    When l arrived the room was boiling hot and the staff was grumpy and said that they didn’t want to put down the temperature, l had to argue with the staff to get up to the room and put on the air conditioner and l had to have the window open all night. The interior was old dirty and outdated, you can get much better value for money in Japan, just stay away is my advice .
