Arrived at 10:30pm with two young children ready to sleep. Walked into our room and immediately smelled a musty, mildew stench. Looked at bedsheets and they had not been washed. Mascara and foundation all over the sheets. Went back to the desk for a new room. Employee checks the new room first to verify it was clean. She says yes but says it still stinks and told me she’d spray fabreeze???? Unacceptable. Get into new room and sheets were still dirty, same nasty smell and the AC was broken. It was past 11pm at this point so we toughened through it. Worst sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel, muggy and hot. Go to front desk and found out they charged me twice for my room. I’m still awaiting my refund. Do not stay here.
