    Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great. Pools were clean. Easy access to the serene beach. Would stay here again.

    My husband and I did a little weekend get away with our 4 month old. The staff were extremely kind, making the check in and out process very easy! The room was clean and quiet!

    Upon arrival, the night desk clerk charged me for a night, even though she confirmed yes it was paid for, but didn't understand why, said I could speak to the manager the next morning who will be here who can refund it, she couldn't. I only found this out after I ran my CC through for what I thought was a hold for incidentals. The next morning, the daytime desk clerk reviewed it and said I should not have been charged for the night and repeatedly said the night clerk knew better than that and refunded it and the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I am contemplating whether or not I would visit again, as to be treated like this intentionally. The other staff were awesome and accomodating. This night clerk needs to be fired unless she represents what Hampton Inn is. Lee Lo checked in 2 rooms 2/7/25 late at night around 10pm.

    Staff was great, room felt damp and smelled musty. Breakfast was ok, but serving dishes were too small and not up to handling the crowd... got empty quickly. Balcony view was of forested area, not beach, had to walk through woods to get to beach and got msuled by mosquitos in the process. Beach was pretty once you got to it, especially at high tide. Other hotels were actually beachfront.
