The hotel all the way down to the staff was great. The room was clean, but this was caught and the pool area was nice and clean. I have no complaint will be booking there on our next trip to Skokie. Oh and the area is conveniently close to everything you need.

It was great! We stayed for 4 days, with 2 rooms 2 queen beds, with an a joining door. Both rooms have a frig, microwave, coffee pot, and the Service was just OUTSTANDING!! Fernando was super friendly!! Sadly I do awful with names, and I met a lot of their staff. Mall, and lots of restaurants near by... Thank you Everybody!!

This was such a great hotel for us and we look forward every morning to having breakfast in the spacious dining area. Our one issue was that we ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex

Good location. Clean lobby and floor. Non-smoking room was clean and comfortable. Recommend staff train on providing ultimate customer service for typical price charged for per night stay.
