I was pleased with my stay . The hotel is alot better than the older pictures online. It was clean and in a good location. The complimentary shuttle is perfect and reliable. Would be staying here again

I stayed with my mom for 2 days. Each day staff barged into the room, no knocking, no call, just used a main key to enter. No explanation given. I called requesting to speak with a manager. No returned call. I went to the front desk to ask why staff kept walking in, they had no answers. I was told the first time it would not happen again. As 2 elder women traveling, having male staff barge in is unacceptable. Do not stay here if you can avoid. If you must use the double licking system. Not that it mattered, but stay safe.

They need air conditioning in the hallways and elevator also if you use a 3rd party they charge the incidental fee because it doesn’t match up the card number. I paid Agoda and had to be charged a $50 fee in case.
