    I accidently did book from this place and literally from the time I book till another day I tried to contact with them and asked for the full refund. They never answered calls and either Agoda and my emails with no clue declined by them. They literally got my money with no stay in the place. I'm telling you from now it's not helal at all. I will not let you have that money that much easy from me.

    Pros: comfortable soft beds, AC worked well (in my room), quiet building, easy-going staff who do their best to help without the forced formal greetings some hotel receptions have, laundry and 7/11 are 1 minute walk. Great vegan cafe (“every J”) and Bellinees about 1 KM away. Shower was perfect; great hot water pressure! Better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Cons: If you like staying in Huai Khwang it’s not a negative, but this area is not where most tourists want to stay; almost no western cafes, nearest MRT about 1.5 or 2 KMs away, no nature or greenery in the area. Room had a few cockroaches so I immediately kept all food and leftovers/wrappers inside the fridge after finishing eating or placed it outside the room and I didn’t see any insects at all after that. I believe they are fixing this issue now with fumigation. TV isn’t “smart” so no connecting to YouTube or Netflix etc, but no problem. For me, this is the perfect place to stay if you want some time alone while traveling.

    There’s no kettle inside the room you need to go downstairs just to get a hot water for tea.
