We stayed in a ryokan-style room and had a wonderful experience. As with many older traditional accommodations, the building has been around for many years, so we are so mindful of our noise. As a couple looking for a more local and authentic experience, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel manager was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our visit even more memorable. The location is also excellent,convenient with lots of convenience stores, accessible, and well situated for exploring the area. Thank you and we missed you Kana, hope to see you again..

Very close to a bus stop and Lawson. Host is incredibly sweet and helps you reserve onsen and restaurants if needed.

The host was phenomenal, as soon as you get there to check in she walks you through all of the vast resources that she offers. She tells you that she can make any reservations that you may need regarding restaurants, onsens, etc. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay here. Kana-san, the manager, was truly one of the kindest people I met on my trip. She thoughtfully arranged dinner and onsen reservations for me and guided me on how to explore Hakone.
